Ronn Stewart
Vice President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Ronn is involved in a variety of multi-family developments across Northwood Ravin’s markets. Ronn is involved throughout the entire development process to ensure the property is developed to meet the company’s design standards and maximizes the return on investment. His development career spans over 15 years. During this time, Ronn has successfully developed 4,600 residential units, 800 hotel rooms, 300,000 SF of office, 200,000 SF of retail, and over 3,000,000 SF of industrial space.
Before joining Northwood Ravin, Ronn co-led development activities for Laurel Street Residential, a mixed-income developer headquartered in Charlotte, NC. More specifically, he oversaw the design and construction of the company’s portfolio across all markets. Ronn also served as Senior Vice President - Construction at The Pizzuti Companies. In this role, Ronn was responsible for managing all aspects of the companies’ pre-development and construction activities, including establishing policies, procedures, and department goals. Before joining Pizzuti, Ronn managed high-rise development projects at Flaherty & Collins Properties, Renaissance Realty Group, and Crosland. He began his career in architecture as a designer and spent time in commercial banking as a Real Estate Analyst.
Ronn is a board member of Self-Help Credit Union Venture Fund and a Director for the Advancement Board for Real Estate Development at Clemson University. He is also actively involved with the Urban Land Institute and the Builder’s Exchange of Central Ohio.
