Ravin Partners, spearheaded by David Ravin, emerged from the former Residential division of Crosland LLC, a prominent name in Southeast real estate and community building.  Northwood Investors, founded in 2006 by John Z. Kukral, former President and CEO of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
