Meera Kafka
Vice President, Revenue Management & Business Intelligence
Meera joined Northwood Ravin in 2019 and has over 16 years of multifamily operational and systems experience. She spent 8 years in multiple onsite and regional roles for both public and private REITs and since has served on the Consulting Practice group at Yardi and then with RealPage as a YieldStar Advisor and Business Intelligence Consultant before joining Northwood Ravin.
She currently oversees NWR's data-driven culture, as the Vice President of Revenue Management and Business Intelligence, by reporting on key performance indicators, maintaining custom benchmarks, analyzing performance to market, dashboard creation, and providing training/thought leadership for both their business intelligence and revenue management platforms.
Meera is a current member of the National Multifamily Housing Council Enterprise Technology and Business Intelligence advisory committee. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
