Kristen Meddock
Director of Human Resources
Kristen serves as Director of Human Resources and oversees Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits and Management of our ATS and HRIS systems. Her duties focus on attracting top Construction, Development and Property Management talent as well as developing recruiting methods to gain exposure in our competitive marketplace. Kristen has over 10 years of Human Resource experience to include HR Management, Talent Acquisition, Generalist and Benefits Specialist. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin, Kristen sharpened her talents in the fields of Aviation, Cargo, NASCAR and Home Securities.
