Dave Dubay
Vice President of Construction
Dave Dubay is Vice President of Construction supporting the Northwood Ravin Construction division from project preconstruction through delivery in coordination with Northwood Ravin Design, Development, and Property Management divisions.
Prior to joining Northwood Ravin in 2014, Dave served more than 20 years in the United States Air Force, retiring from active duty as Lieutenant Colonel in 2012.
As an Air Force officer, Dave served world-wide during peace and war in civil engineering, commanding global aircraft missions as an instructor and evaluator pilot, and in numerous leadership positions from the squadron level to Headquarters United States Air Force.
After joining Northwood Ravin, Dave was an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager on several mid-rise and high-rise luxury multi-family projects that delivered over 1,740 apartment units with amenities and a 248,000 square foot Class A high-rise office in North Carolina totaling over $445,000,000 in construction hard costs.
