IN-HOUSE SERVICES

At Northwood Ravin, the small things add up to a big difference. From concierge services to 24-hour maintenance to a dedicated Ravin Partners customer service team, the care and comfort of the residents has always been top priority.

Architecture

The firm has a dedicated group of in-house architects that specifically design all their unit plans and amenities. They are constantly tweaking their plans based on real-time feedback from their property management and asset management teams.

Interior Design

Livability and design competency are at the forefront of all of Northwood Ravin projects. The in-house interior design team ensures that every space is meticulously designed with resident ergonomics in mind. Northwood Ravin utilizes a hospitality based approach with their interior finishes, further enhancing the resident experience beyond their competition.

Marketing

Brand discovery, market research, ideation, and creation from Northwood Ravin professionals; digital marketing support from Ravin Partners experts that can execute changes quickly and know the value of their services; on-site, tangible marketing support providing content creation, training, and building local partnerships.

DAILY REVENUE MANAGEMENT

Instead of relying on a third party to provide pricing recommendations to maximize NOI, Northwood Ravin has an in-house team that reviews leasing trends, vacancy, LTOs, and traffic levels to make all pricing modifications specific to each property in real time.

CONCIERGE

Northwood Ravin has a large in-house concierge team dedicated to providing one-of-a-kind social experiences. Whether it’s a hot air balloon flight, sunrise yoga, or a private, in-lounge whiskey tasting with a few good friends, the experience of their communities is unlike anything else. Communities with concierge services include The VUE, Uptown 550, The Village at Commonwealth, Van Alen, and Residences at Capitol View.
