Expecting to open in early 2023, Preserve at Westfields Phase II will bring 283 more units to our property. Phase II will offer studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments. Phase II will have an entirely different design package, which means more options for you!
With hundreds of new residents moving into Preserve at Westfields, we decided to add more amenities to accommodate everyone! Phase II will add a completely new amenities package to our property. A second pool and fitness center, a large indoor spa, a resident clubroom with a Kegerator, and so much more. The best part? These new amenities will be offered to all new and existing residents at Preserve at Westfields!
Alongside apartments and amenities, Preserve at Westfield Phase II provides residents with more places to eat and exercise! Sedona Taphouse is already open and serving delicious foods and thirst-quenching craft beers. Burn Boot Camp and Uptown Cafe will be joining the neighborhood later this year!
