Northwood Ravin Launches Pre-Leasing at ‘Magnolia’ in Athens, Georgia

Northwood Ravin, a Charlotte-based leader in multifamily development, construction and property management across the Southeast, today announced the official launch of pre-leasing at ‘Magnolia’ — a 179-unit, student-focused apartment community in Athens, home to the University of Georgia. Construction is underway at Magnolia, and the first homes are now available for pre-leasing, with delivery ahead of the 27-28 school year.
