Northwood Ravin Expands Retail Roster at ‘Halo’ in Decatur, Georgia
Local coffee favorite and national fitness brand join neighborhood market as confirmed tenants
DECATUR, GA – (January 8, 2025) – Northwood Ravin, a Charlotte-based leader in multifamily development, construction, and property management across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, today announced two new retail leases at Halo, a 370-unit luxury apartment community with ground-floor retail located in East Decatur, Georgia. Condesa Coffee and FS8 will join Galore Market, Halo’s first announced tenant, which signed its lease in July.
Condesa Coffee will occupy 1,225 square feet, marking this as its second location, following its flagship café in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. Known for expertly crafted double espresso drinks, pour-overs, and drip coffees, Condesa also offers a variety of food options, including sandwiches and pastries.

Complementing Condesa’s focus on community and lifestyle, FS8, a science-backed fitness concept blending Pilates, tone and yoga, will lease 3,739 square feet at Halo. With 50 studios across the country and abroad, this marks FS8’s debut in Georgia, with additional studios set to open in Buckhead and East Cobb.

Retail tenants at Halo will be part of a collaborative ecosystem, with access to shared amenities including a plaza space and public park for hosting events, coworking spaces and the artist network through Halo’s partnership with the Decatur Artist Alliance – all designed to foster cross-promotion and a vibrant, connected environment.

Northwood Ravin is working with Eric Carlton of Oakhurst Realty Partners to introduce a dynamic retail mix. With Condesa Coffee, FS8 and Galore Market already secured, Halo’s retail
space is now approximately 50% leased, with 6,999 square feet still available for businesses aligned with its community-driven vision.
Halo is targeting delivery of the first residential units by April 2026, with full project completion expected by January 2027.
