Our Team

Courtney Patterson began her career in multifamily in 2005 as a leasing consultant.  Her analytic approach to marketing solutions and passion for marketing has earned her speaking engagements at the 2019 Apartment Internet Marketing Conference and 2018 Apartment Association Of North Carolina’s Education and Legislative Conference.  Courtney is currently the Senior Director of Marketing at Northwood Ravin where she oversees the marketing department and acts as the direct marketing lead for properties in Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and Nashville.  Previous experience includes her role as a Marketing Manager for Southeast Greystar’s Regional Marketing Team where she oversaw a portfolio of 25 properties/ over 7,000 units.  During her tenure she has experienced a variety of assets including 25 lease-ups, 4 high-rises, 19 mid-rises, several mixed use, garden and value add communities. Mrs. Patterson previously gained her marketing experience at WNCT-TV where she was the Marketing Director from 2006- 2009.  Courtney graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication in 2006.
